Sidival Fila - Studio
This work was developed inside the studio of Sidival Fila, observing the relationship between presence, material and space.
The project does not focus on portraiture as representation, but on how the figure, the gesture and the surrounding environment coexist within a single visual structure. The artist is approached as part of the space — not as a subject isolated from it.
Across the images, attention shifts between body, surfaces and fragments, where texture, light and form define the construction of the scene.
The work does not attempt to define the artist through identity, but to observe how presence emerges through interaction with material and space.
Portrait, detail and environment progressively lose distinction, becoming part of a continuous visual field where gesture, texture and structure exist without hierarchy.
The studio is not treated as a background, but as an active condition — a space where the image takes form through observation rather than description.
